Through many years’ practice, we can design and manufacture various type of curing ovens according to customers’ actual situation, including continuous chain type curing oven and trolley-type curing oven.

Continuous chain type curing oven

Components of continuous chain type curing oven

Aligner, conveying chain, curing furnace body, inlet and outlet air screen, steam circulating system, electric control and automatic instrument system.

(1)   The pipe dimension           diameter DN80-1200mm, length 5500-6000mm;

(2)   The furnace dimension    length 60m, 80m, 100m, can design according to customers’    requirements.

(3)    High in heat utilization, the circulating fan ensures steam within the furnace has enough contact with pipes to  do heat exchange.

Pipe transporting bogie, bogie driving device, bogie return system, steam circulating system, hydraulic system, electric control and automatic instrument system.
