Cement Internal Grinding Machine

The machine is used for grinding cement mortar lining of ductile cast iron pipe.

The machine is used for grinding cement mortar lining of ductile cast iron pipe. The machine consists of retaining step mechanism, centering correction mechanism, drawing pipe mechanism, synchronous step conveying machine, pressing roller mechanism, cement internal grinding mechanism, retaining wheel device, rotary mechanism, backwater rotary mechanism, etc.

 

Running Procedures of Whole Line of Cement Internal Grinding Machine Unit

(1)  The stop step machine conveys one pipe to be ground on the rail to the centering supporting rollers of  centering  station.

(2)  Start the air cylinders set on the both ends of centering machine to make the pipe to be ground being centered.            

(3)  Synchronous conveying machine lifts up to lift up the pipes after centered on the centering supporting rollers; And then the synchronous conveying machine step-moves a distance of 1600 mm, following, the conveying machine falls down to put the pipes on the rotating machine of the cement station. After that, the synchronous conveying machine returns to its original position. During the whole period of the conveying machine moving, moving part cannot allowed to be interfered with concerned part or collided with the other part, otherwise, it is necessary to readjust installation.  

(4)     Until now, the frontal stop step machine, centering driving step, etc. are all continuously working to make every station of cement internal grinding line adequately receiving the pipes to be grounded.

 (5)     In this time, the grinding pipe begins to come into grinding pipe status. First of all, fill water into the pipe 5s, and then start internal grinding after stop filling water to begin internal grinding, the bogie is advancing. Following, start the hydraulic motor of the rotating machine when the grinding head approaches the pipe to drive the pipe running. Start the oil cylinder of supporting rollers to make the grinding head lifting up and make it entering into the pipe favorably up to the end of pipe, the grinding head is rotating and the supporting rollers are lifting down, the grinding head falls down to the internal surface to begin to do internal grinding. And when correct-grinding head is up to max travel the bogie withdraws to a distance of about 1 m away from the end and observe grinding situation of the end. According to requirements, the position away from the end can be again ground 1 – 3 times. Let the bogie withdrawing to the end for grinding for 5s, and then withdraw the bogie.

  (6)  The synchronous conveying machine conveys the pipe the cement internal grinding of which has been completed to the rotary machine of the backwater station, filling water into the pipe for 5s, and then stop filling water, following, start the hydraulic motor of the rotary machine to drive the pipe running and spill out water in the pipe through height difference of the rotary machine. Finally, start the oil cylinder of the synchronous conveying machine conveys on the backwater station to the conveying chain for ready nest processing procedure.

Completion of procedures mentioned above shows that whole process procedures of cement internal grinding is completed.
